活(huo)塞式液(ye)壓缸的工作原(yuan)理(li)
它只在活(huo)塞(sai)的(de)(de)一側設有活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan),因而兩(liang)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)有效作用面積(ji)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。在供(gong)(gong)油(you)(you)量相同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)腔(qiang)進油(you)(you),活(huo)塞(sai)的(de)(de)運動速度不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong);在需(xu)克服的(de)(de)負載(zai)力(li)(li)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)腔(qiang)進油(you)(you),所需(xu)要(yao)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)油(you)(you)壓(ya)力(li)(li)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong),或者說在系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)調定(ding)后,環衛(wei)垃圾車液壓(ya)缸兩(liang)個方(fang)向運動所能克服的(de)(de)負載(zai)力(li)(li)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。





(3)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)(xi)統控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)太低(di)。控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)管路中節流(liu)阻力(li)(li)(li)(li)可能過大,流(liu)量閥調節不當(dang),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)不合適,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)源受(shou)到干擾。此(ci)時(shi)應檢查控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)源,保證(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)調節到系(xi)(xi)統的規定值。
(4)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統中進入空(kong)氣。主要是因為(wei)系(xi)統中有泄(xie)漏發生。此時應(ying)檢查液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油箱的液(ye)(ye)位,液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵吸油側的密(mi)封(feng)件(jian)和管(guan)接頭,吸油粗濾器(qi)是否太臟。若如此,應(ying)補充液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油,處理密(mi)封(feng)及(ji)管(guan)接頭,清洗或更換粗濾芯。
現象(一):唇口破損
原因:
1.背壓損傷
防止措施:
1.在活(huo)塞(sai)頭(tou)靠經(jing)唇口側加開泄壓孔或(huo)者改用(yong)組(zu)合類雙作(zuo)用(yong)密封
現象(xiang)(二):焦(jiao)燒
原因:
1.系統內有殘留(liu)空氣在運行時,空氣在密封(feng)處聚集壓縮升溫(wen)產生(sheng)密封(feng)焦燒碳化
防止措施:
1.在油缸起動之(zhi)前,盡量排盡油缸內空氣
2.油(you)缸起動時,不要立即開到高(gao)速
3.當用U形(xing)圈(quan)時在其谷部加(jia)入潤滑脂,以防(fang)空(kong)氣積累
現象(三):硬化、龜裂

原因:
1.溫度太高
2.介質與橡膠材料不相適應
3.介質變質
4.密封受潮或(huo)者在空氣中暴露(lu)時間過長超過庫存期限導致材料老化
防止措施:
1.降(jiang)低溫度,或(huo)者更換(huan)耐高溫密封件材(cai)料
2.更(geng)改(gai)介質(zhi)(zhi)或(huo)更(geng)改(gai)耐介質(zhi)(zhi)的密封件材料
3.換新介質
4.不要(yao)將密(mi)封(feng)件長(chang)時間暴露在(zai)大氣中,嚴格按照密(mi)封(feng)庫存(cun)要(yao)求對密(mi)封(feng)進(jin)行保存(cun)
