提起(qi)起(qi)升(sheng)油缸(gang)(gang),將(jiang)液壓(ya)油注入至(zhi)標尺規定的油位,使(shi)叉車負載額定載荷的1/10左(zuo)右,擰松起(qi)升(sheng)缸(gang)(gang)上(shang)的放氣螺(luo)栓,操作叉車直(zhi)(zhi)升(sheng)缸(gang)(gang)起(qi)升(sheng)、下降數次,直(zhi)(zhi)到放氣螺(luo)塞處沒有氣泡(pao)時為止,然后擰緊放氣螺(luo)塞即(ji)可。

在(zai)允許的情(qing)況下,液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)壁厚(hou)安(an)全系(xi)數盡量選大(da)一些,使缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)厚(hou)壁增加,特(te)別是高壓工況下使用的油缸(gang)(gang),以減小油壓下的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)變(bian)形,變(bian)形后的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)也會引起液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)低(di)速爬行。
