液壓缸的分類

缸(gang)筒和缸(gang)蓋(gai)
一般來說,缸(gang)筒(tong)和缸(gang)蓋的結(jie)構(gou)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)和其使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的材料有關。工(gong)作(zuo)壓力p<10MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)鐵;p<20MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫鋼管;p>20MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)鋼或(huo)(huo)鍛(duan)鋼。法蘭連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式(shi)(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong),也容(rong)(rong)易裝拆(chai),但(dan)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和重量都較(jiao)大,常用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)鑄(zhu)鐵制(zhi)的缸(gang)筒(tong)上。半(ban)環連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式(shi)(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)筒(tong)壁部(bu)因開(kai)了環形(xing)(xing)槽而(er)削弱了強度,為此有時(shi)要加厚缸(gang)壁,它(ta)容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong)和裝拆(chai),重量較(jiao)輕,常用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)無(wu)縫鋼管或(huo)(huo)鍛(duan)鋼制(zhi)的缸(gang)筒(tong)上。螺紋連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式(shi)(shi),它(ta)的缸(gang)筒(tong)端部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)復雜,外(wai)徑(jing)加工(gong)時(shi)要求保證內(nei)(nei)外(wai)徑(jing)同心,裝拆(chai)要使用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)具(ju),它(ta)的外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和重量都較(jiao)小(xiao),常用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)無(wu)縫鋼管或(huo)(huo)鑄(zhu)鋼制(zhi)的缸(gang)筒(tong)上。拉桿連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式(shi)(shi),結(jie)構(gou)的通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)性(xing)大,容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong)和裝拆(chai),但(dan)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)大,且較(jiao)重。焊接(jie)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)式(shi)(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),尺(chi)寸(cun)小(xiao),但(dan)缸(gang)底(di)處內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)不易加工(gong),且可能引起(qi)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)。
液壓缸泄漏帶來的危害很(hen)多,既是液壓缸產生(sheng)各(ge)種故障的原因(yin)之一(yi),又是影響安全、污染環境的重(zhong)要因(yin)素,所以應引起足夠的重(zhong)視。
液壓缸(gang)的(de)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)包括外(wai)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)和(he)外(wai)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)兩種情況。外(wai)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)是(shi)(shi)指(zhi)液壓缸(gang)缸(gang)筒和(he)缸(gang)蓋、缸(gang)底、油口、排氣閥、緩沖(chong)調節閥、缸(gang)蓋與活塞桿處(chu)等外(wai)部的(de)漏(lou)油,容易從(cong)外(wai)部直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)觀察(cha)出。內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)是(shi)(shi)指(zhi)液壓缸(gang)內(nei)部高壓腔的(de)壓力油向低壓腔滲漏(lou),它發生在活塞與缸(gang)內(nei)壁、活塞內(nei)孔與活塞桿連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處(chu)。內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)不能(neng)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)觀察(cha)到。不論是(shi)(shi)內(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)和(he)外(wai)泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou),其泄(xie)(xie)漏(lou)的(de)原因主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)密封不良、連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處(chu)接(jie)(jie)觸不良等。
